With over 12 years of home practice, learning from and living with top notch yoga teachers,
personally training in many different styles, I proudly offer myself up as a
Yoga Teacher by Donation

Here, there, anywhere, even on Skype or Ichat! One on one or in a group format I happily offer all classes from 45 minutes to 90 minutes to suit your time preference and needs.
I offer 5 different classes to best suit the moment
HATHA
Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles. It incorporates Asanas (postures), Pranayama (regulated breathing), meditation and kundalini into a complete system that can be used to achieve self-realization. Hatha is a great way to stretch, work your muscles, get in touch with your body, relax, and decrease stress. (beginner -advanced)
VINYASA
The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words flowing from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. You definitely won’t get bored! (beginner – advanced)
RAW POWER YOGA
This style of yoga is is essentially yoga with brawn, this process produces intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. By the end of the session you will feel more like you have completed a traditional weight training or a callisthenic workout than you would with any other type of yoga. (intermediate – advanced)

KUNDALINI
Kundalini is considered the king of all yoga’s, the focus is on awakening the energy at the base of the spine and drawing it upward. It has a more spiritual feel focusing on the energy balance in your body. Expect lots of core work on your abs and around the spine with Kundalini yoga — and perhaps even more sitting than usual. (beginner – advanced)
INTUITIVE FREEFLOW
Quite as simple as it sounds, this class can be a mix of any of the above to suit your specific desires. Perfect for longer classes allowing more time to get a taste of each different style. This can also be completely intuitive relying more on your specific bodily sensations in the moment, a class in developing your own home practice. (beginner – advanced)
