On to the show!!!

Here we have the 2nd half of my 8 day consult with old friends Jeremy P. Mike B. n many new friends at their summer editing pad in San Clemente. Expert filmers and editers they were busy editing for the new Forum Snowboards video! I feel blessed to have been asked to stay with them with the plan to introduce the raw diet to their home n co workers for a trial cleanse n summer health booster

I must say they enjoyed it much and have since increased their consumption of the whole fresh raw ripe goodness!!

Recipe after recipe was served, much from my “101 Simply Delicious Raw Recipes” ebook available for instant download by donation, with the rest being showcased in my upcoming ebook “Low Fat Raw Gourmet and Cravings Busters Transitional Recipes” with launch date to be announced

While surfing I slipped and fell, my board got swept over the falls hitting me in the arm really hard. I shook it off without too much thought only to find out a few hours later that I had sliced open my arm cutting right through the wet suit. The cut was wide and deep through my fat layer needing stitches. Wisely or foolishly figuring this may just be a great opportunity to learn how to self stitch for emergency purposes (and too lazy to go through insurance and go to a hospital) I decided to stitch it up myself! Welcome to Stitches 101 with Chris Kendall from the raw advantage!

While at the beach I felt blessed to session Bob’s half pipe at his dwelling in carlsbad. He lives with the owners of “Surf Ride” a sweet skate n surf shop in southern cali. Thanks much to them for letting me sk8 their ramp, it was really fun! Skating mini ramp is one of may favorites, this particular ramp was a treat. Thanks Dustin for skating it with me hope to sesh with you again

On my 2nd last day there we filmed a lill bit of surfing at a break called trussels just down the street. I managed to ride 2 waves that day and got footage of the tail end of one of my rides, thanks much for the filming Courtney More surfing in the future, I have the rest of my life to get epic n hang ten brahhh ahhaha. Really cant wait, i plan to surf much much more in the tropics.

For our last day I treated everyone to some Durian, one of my faves, some liked it others not so much! I wanted to make our last dinner fancy so I made two of my favorite new recipes from my upcoming transitional recipe ebook. Raw Coconut Curry over “Rice” and Raw Tom Yum Soup ( a favorite of many ive tested it on . The plan is to have the whole book together before snow falls in Canada, times have been tight and its only growing in size and quality!! I promise it will be worth the wait, especially as it will be up for donation!!!

This weeks video blog brings you to sunny San Clemente for a week long raw consult with some old freinds (Jeremy Pettit, Mike Bishop, and some new ones too) Due to so much amazing footage (on a high quality camera bonus) I had to split this video blog into two!!

We go meal by meal for the first half of my week With these masterful professional Editors and Filmers. Many a amazing skate video and snowboard video (RDS Party, Forum, TV Show Bits etc.) has been made by these cats, their latest project is the newest Forum snowboard video. I feel blessed to say as a part of their donation the crew is going to revamp my video blog intro and outro with some stellar motion Graphics!

Time flew by quick in editing this footage which leads us to two parts to fit in a modified  ”Sunflower Seed Pad Thai”

“Low Fat Raw Gourmet and Cravings Busters Transitional Recipes”

Sunflower Seed Pad Thai For 2

Noodles:

2 medium Zuchini

1 medium cucumber

1 medium Carrot

Toppings:

2 medium tomatoes

2  mushrooms

1 handful Mung bean sprouts

1 handful sugar snap peas

Sauce:

1 date

2 sun dried tomatoes

1 handful sunflower seeds

1 fingernail ginger (optional)

1/2 clove garlic (optional)

1 sweet tamarind pod

1/4 – 1/2 jalapeno (optional)

1 handful raw sunflower seeds (forgot to put in the video!!!! sorry!!!!!)

All soaking in warm water for 1/2 hour to 2 hours.

4. Cultivation of all encompassing unconditional love is my life focus.

5. While I am a active person enjoying much activity, but when its time to lax do so with as much passion.

6. Love love love all philosophy finding joy in the simple truth of unity in all.

7. I believe we all are amazing and worthy of unlimited love, no one has more worth than another, including animals n that mosquito you      slapped.

I want to share more

8. My dream is to live in a tree house (mango durian or jackfruit tree, or many tree houses connected) in my own orchard/healthcenter with a mini ramp nearby of course, with loads of rooms for friends, family, and anyone wishing to take a step back and glow, thinkin ewok village hahahahahha

9. I believe racism is one of the lowest forms of stupidity

10. I dont believe in conspiracy theory, but sure do believe in conspiracy

11. I know we are going to make it

12. Ive been told its a sickness to want to be “too healthy” I believe its a sickness to think its normal to purposely poison oneself habitually.

13. Im a huge believer in exchanging old habits with newer better ones that serve your highest needs.

14. I believe we are all family, sometimes family members just dont get along as well hahahahah time love and understanding heals all

15. Im really excited about this moment, as well as the next, the past moments are just lessons.
