   Hi Chris,

   First of all I want to thank whoever it was that got you connected with Steve and the berrics crew. With out that I wouldn’t be here, at your site today.

   Secondly thanks for all of this valuable information. I’m really interested in improving my life style. I’ve noticed that since I moved out I also starting eating way too much junk and it is seriously effecting my happiness.

   chris this is awesome for you. i hope it all works out with steve lol. when you come back to saskatoon i think youre gonna have to move in with me for a while. i need some motivation ive always liked eating healthier than the average person but cant get back on track. anywho keep in touch
